The Art Gallery of Algoma welcomes room rentals year round. It is an ideal place for receptions, events and celebrations for up to 100 guests. The AGA's Main Gallery can accommodate your event's needs; from sit down dinners to audience-based performances. There is ample free parking for guests at the foot of East Street. Use of the Gallery's kitchen, studio, lobby tables and chairs are also available as part of each Room Rental.

Children's Birthday Parties

The AGA can host children's birthday parties on Saturdays. Birthday parties include 2 hours of studio rental for art making with a qualified art instructor, a customized art activity and all materials supplied. Get in touch with the AGA to discuss what art activities are available for your gathering. Party supplies such as plates, cups, utensils, napkins and party hats are included, however, if you have your own preference, you may bring your own.
Birthday parties are offered for children ages 5-12 years. Children under 5 years old require a special arrangement. Birthday party venue rentals cost $200 for 10 children, and $15 for each additional child. Two weeks notice is required to accommodate any requests. As per AGA policy, we ask that anyone renting the space purchase a family membership to the Gallery, which gives you free admission for a year, 10% off in the Gallery Shop and special pricing on workshops and summer programs.
