Please join us for a morning of fun before the school year starts!
On Tuesday September 2, 2025 join us for JURASSIC ARTVENTURE! 10am-noon | ages 5-10 yrs Travel back to the Jurassic Period to explore a world of towering trees, colourful flowers, dinosaurs, ancient fish and other prehistoric creatures. Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:
- Payment is due with registration.
- You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 1 week prior to the class start date.
- Cancellations made less than 1 week before the class start date are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are non-refundable.
- Depending on your circumstances please email [email protected].
- The AGA reserves the right to cancel any workshop or summer camp in which case a full refund will be issued.
- An active AGA Family Membership is required to qualify for the Members' discounts.
- A completed emergency form including a daytime contact is mandatory and will be signed on the first day of the sessions.

This art class will introduce your little artist to the egg-cellent world of birds!
Friday June 6, 2025 10am-12pm / Ages 5-10 $30 for AGA members $40 for non members *for discounts on children's classes, a Family Membership must be purchased* Students will learn about sculptural and three-dimensional art as they create their favourite feathered friends with recycled materials. We will also be learning about Canadian astronaut Dr. Roberta Bonda's photographs of birds published in her award-winning book, Space for Birds: Patterns and Parallels of Beauty and Flight. |

The AGA is pleased to offer WINTER WONDERLAND children's art classes at the AGA. There are three sessions to choose from or enjoy all three! These art classes are perfect for budding artists to have fun and get creative! SNOW DAY class focuses on creating comics and cartoons. In the SKATES & SLEDS, students will learn about paper quilling and paper-based, mixed media art. Finally in FURRY FRIENDS students will learn about Arctic animals and printmaking. Morning Classes: Ages 5-9, 9:30am to 12noon Afternoon Classes: Ages 10-14, 1:30 to 4:00 pm. $150 for one week for AGA Members (with a family membership) $200 for one week non-members.
