Saturday Morning Art Classes for Children Ages 5-9
February 3, 10, 17 & 24, 2024: 10am to 12pm
CLASS 1: EXPLORE THE WORLD OF WATERCOLOURS
Saturday, February 3rd: 10am to 12pm
In this class, students will learn about watercolour painting techniques as they create their own scenes of the northern lights and a vibrant underwater world.
CLASS 2: HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!
Saturday, February 10th: 10am to 12pm
In this session, students will learn about mixed-media artwork materials and techniques as they make Valentine’s Day-themed gifts and cards for the special people in their lives.
CLASS 3: IT'S TIME TO MAKE JEWELRY
Saturday, February 17th: 10am to 12pm
In this class, students will work with both recycled objects and textile materials to create their own colourful, wearable art: jewelry!
CLASS 4: CREATE YOUR OWN CAVE PAINTINGS
Saturday, February 24th: 10am to 12pm
In this session, students will learn about prehistoric cave paintings, and use acrylic paint to create their own cave paintings.
Pricing is $120 for AGA Members and $160 for non-members.
